Before accessing the range, visitors with limited experience must complete our 1-hour Personal Safety Officer (PSO) session. A live-fire, one-on-one experience with a dedicated instructor. Book ahead to guarantee your spot.

More Than a Range.
Fitness classes, self-defense training, martial arts, and professional massage. Every Saturday we run wellness classes open to members (free) and the public ($15). Monthly specialty events bring vendors, clinics, and an evening at Tommie’s Place.
On-Site Massage Therapy
NewProfessional massage now available at Premier by appointment. Open to members and the public, no membership required.
Saturday Classes
Rotating fitness class 1 to 1:45pm, followed by basic self-defense 1:45 to 2:30pm. Members free, public $15. No experience needed.
Monthly Wellness Events
Self-defense clinic, sip-and-shop vendor market, and an evening social at Tommie’s Place. Members discounted, public welcome.
Martial Arts and Gym
Full gym, Judo, Kenpo, and Aikido through the dojo. Wellness memberships start at $49/month.
