What to Expect

Each Saturday runs the same format. Come for the fitness, stay for the self-defense, or do both.

Fitness Class

Rotating group exercise focus each week covering mobility, recovery, strength, cardio, flexibility, and stress relief. No two Saturdays are the same.

Basic Self-Defense

Unarmed defense tactics designed to train your body and mind for instinctual protection. Taught by Jim in the Dojo. Beginners are encouraged — no experience needed.

  • Practical, real-world techniques

a Gym Person.

These classes are designed around real life. Different fitness focus every week, small group setting, and instructors who meet you where you are.
